Wat is Shuffleboard?

Shuffleboard is a classic game with a modern twist. Players slide discs (pucks) across a long smooth table. Their goal is to guide them as precisely as possible into numbered pockets at the end.

Sounds easy? It's not. Because your opponents can push your discs away. So strategy and agility are much more important than strength.

The game is already well-known in the U.S. and the U.K. Now it’s also rapidly gaining popularity in Belgium. And that’s not surprising: shuffleboard is for everyone, always fun, and a little bit addictive. 😉

Hoe speel je Shuffleboard?

Shuffleboard speel je met 2 of 4 personen. Het doel is om zoveel mogelijk schijven in de hoogst genummerde vakken te schuiven. Die van jouw tegenstander kan je wegkaatsen. Punten worden geteld aan het einde van elke ronde.

Shuffleboard Rates in Ghent

The rate is calculated per table and per 50-minute increment. The rental of the board and professional pucks is included.

  • Standard rate (Monday through Thursday): €15 per table

  • Weekends (Friday through Sunday), school breaks (except summer break) & (the day before) a holiday: €20 per table

  • No, reservations aren't necessary or possible. Just walk in and play, depending on availability. Are our tables currently occupied? If so, we'll put you on a temporary waiting list while you wait in our pub for a bit.

  • At 6.7 meters, our tables are the longest shuffleboard tables in the world. That makes the game more challenging and the experience unique. You won’t find anything like this anywhere else in Belgium.

  • Yes. You can order drinks and pub food at the bar or from a server. O'Learys Gent is also a restaurant; here you can also enjoy a full meal.

  • Absolutely. In addition to shuffleboard, O'Learys Gent also offers bowling, karaoke, darts, pool, and arcade games. Combine activities with our packages for a full evening of fun.
